Nineteen years ago, Dad would have never thought that he would be raising a girl, after having three sons. And never would he had thought that he would be adopting his own granddaughter. This man can be a true pain in the butt, but sometimes I have to remember he is the one who took me in as a child and raised me. His tough hands have taught me a lot throughout the years. Even though by blood he is my grandfather, in my eyes he has always been my father. Happy Wonderful Birthday to my father, Charles Boatwright. Psh! He's seventy-seven.
